Frequently Asked Questions

The minimum space for a shell scheme booth is 9 sqm (3m×3m). Raw/unbuilt space starts at 36 sqm.

The standard shell scheme includes aluminium frame, back and side walls, fascia with company name, one table, two chairs, one power socket (5 Amp), and basic lighting.

Space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. It is advisable to book early to secure preferred locations. Please contact us for current availability.

Yes. International companies are welcome. They can exhibit individually or as part of a country pavilion. Special assistance is available for international exhibitors.

Cancellations before 31st October 2025 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for details.
